Managerinnen in Deutschland Boyden International: Managerinnen in Deutschland. Eine Studie über ihre Karrieren (Female managers in Germany. A study of their careers)

Women are in short supply at the top management level. A change in the general acceptance of female managers is taking place slowly but inexorably. In this study, the international executive search firm Boyden examines where women already occupy management positions, what hierarchical stages they had to go through, and where they come from. In 18 portraits, the book describes the successful careers of female managers.
