Managing Partner of Boyden International GmbH and Partner of Boyden World Corporation, New York since 1983.

Wolfgang Bersch joined Boyden after running his own consulting company for eight years in executive search, data processing and cost controlling which he merged with Boyden in 1983. Bersch specializes in general management and board positions without focusing on specific industries. In 2007 Boyden Germany achieved a fee turnover in executive search and interim management of EUR 22 mill.

In his former career Bersch gathered a profound knowledge and experience in marketing and management leadership with leading German and multinational corporations. In his twelve years with Colgate Palmolive he started his professional career in sales and marketing at Colgate Palmolive in Germany and was then posted in Finland where he established and expanded the local subsidiary Colgate Palmolive Oy, Helsinki,  as its General Manager. Returning from Finland to Germany, he became Director of Sales with Gillette.

The next stage of his career took him to the Oetker Group Holding and he was appointed to Deutsche Brau AG, Frankfurt, as Member of the Board of Management responsible for Marketing and Sales for beer and non-alcoholic beverages of six German breweries. The annual turnover approached DM 1 billion. Subsequently, the majority shareholder sold his participation in the beverage companies and the holding company was dissolved.

Before creating his own consulting company in 1976 Bersch was General Manager of Dura Tufting GmbH, Fulda.
