Founder and Managing Partner of Boyden International GmbH and Partner of Boyden World Corporation, New York since 1983.

Wolfgang Bersch joined Boyden after running his own consulting company for eight years in executive search, data processing and cost controlling which he merged with Boyden. Bersch specializes in general management and board positions without focusing on specific industries. In 2008 Boyden Germany achieved a fee turnover in executive search and interim management of EUR 25 mill.

In his former career Bersch gathered a profound knowledge and experience in marketing and management leadership with leading German and multinational corporations, i.e. Colgate Palmolive, Oetker Group, Deutsche Brau AG and Dura Tufting GmbH.
