Werner Schwab joined Boyden as Managing Partner at the Bad Homburg office in 2004.

Werner specializes in general management and board positions as well as specialized executive functions.

Werner started his career in Executive Search in 1993. Before joining Boyden he served as Managing Partner of Ray & Berndtson, Germany, and Chairman Ray & Berndson global. 

Prior to the search business, Werner held different management positions. He started as a Marketing Manager with Unilever and later on served as Managing Director of Zumtobel Staff.

Werner is a graduate of The University of Würzburg in 1976 with an MBA degree.
