Karin Peschl is a Partner of the Boyden Bad Homburg office.

Karin started her career as a Consultant in executive search firms in Vienna, Munich and Frankfurt. Afterwards she gained over 13 years experience in operational and strategic Human Resources Management with international corporations.

She worked as Vice President HR and Organization for Austrian Airlines AG for several years. At Delphi Automotive, one of the largest global Automotive suppliers Karin held various HR positions. Before joining Boyden, Karin was HR Director Europe for the Electronic Division of Delphi Automotive and member of the Management Board of Delphi Delco GmbH in Germany. This role included a global responsibility.

Karin was born in Austria and studied Business Administration at the University of Business and Economy in Vienna. She also holds an Executive MBA degree from the University in St. Gallen and the Rotman School of Management in Toronto.
