Jörg Kasten is a Managing Partner of the Boyden Bad Homburg/Frankfurt office.

Jörg studied psychology and business administration at the Universities of Düsseldorf and Cologne receiving his degree in psychology in 1987.

He initially started his career with roles in HR at Mummert + Partner, later at Lufthansa AG as HR Manager before joining Ray & Berndtson in 1993. As a Managing Partner and shareholder, he was the Global Co-Head of the practice group "Professional Services", a member of the European Board and an International Account Manager.

Prior to joining Boyden, Jörg was a Managing Partner at Eric Salmon & Partners and a shareholder in the international Group.

With over 15 years experience in executive search, Jörg predominately serves clients in the Professional Services, Technology, FMCG and Tourism industries. He has a strong focus on international, cross boarder searches for clients in Europe and abroad and has extensive experience in the recruitment of top level executives for IT, HR and general management positions. In addition, he has broad knowledge in the execution of national and international management assessments.
