Harald is a leader in the human resources, industrial, and technology practice groups at Boyden Munich.

He started his career in academia, on the faculty of the College of Commerce at the University of Saskatchewan (Canada). Upon transitioning to the business world, he worked for seven years at the Vancouver (Canada) office of Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting. During this time, he was involved in major projects in the electronics, construction, utility, and the oil & gas practices; he also spent time in London on an assignment with BP Exploration.

Subsequently, Harald returned to Germany and joined Jungheinrich AG in Hamburg, a leading family-owned manufacturer of forklift trucks. His tenure there included service as CFO with Jungheinrich France.

Harald then moved on to the executive search industry, starting at a top-tier firm in Munich before joining Boyden. He has worked extensively with clients in a variety of industries, some of which are world-class, family-owned corporations.

Harald holds a Diplom-Kaufmann from Hamburg University, and an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada.
