Adrian von Dewall is working as Principal at Boyden International.

His focus lies on talent of the first and second management level as well as highly qualified specialists from the machine building, automotive, utilities and pharma as well as renewable energies industry. Companies not only in Germany but also in and outside of Europe belong to his clients.

During his studies of economics with a major in Human Resources Management at the Catholic University Eichstätt/ Ingolstadt as well as the Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen, Adrian von Dewall also participated in the RAG Coal International High Potential Program with a focus on Human Resources. In 2004, he joined a Headhunting boutique in the Rhine Ruhr Area as Consultant. During his tenure, he further expanded their German as well as developing their international business and then in 2008 became Managing Partner in this firm. At the same time, he has been deepening his knowledge in business psychology through a special Master program (main topic: human resource management and aptitude/organizational diagnostics) at the Psychological Faculty of the Ruhr-University Bochum.

Considering the continuous growth of his international circle of clients, Adrian von Dewall decided to join Boyden International in 2011.
